Parenthood is one of the greatest joys in life – but nobody said it would be easy. We’re here to raise healthy and empowered children and to enjoy the journey along the way.
Navigating the inevitable hiccups and the larger crises is a normal but challenging part of raising children. Even when trained in intentional parenting styles such as conscious parenting, gentle parenting, attachment parenting, or mindful parenting, we can still find ourselves in situations that are untenable or out of control.

When your child feels “at home” in the world, they’ll feel safe enough to explore and navigate challenging circumstances. Understanding how the brain and body work during times of stress can empower us to become more thoughtful and compassionate leaders of our family.

Do both parents need to attend the virtual parent coaching?
We will work in whatever variation works for you. Some parents want to attend all sessions together with their co-parent, other times parents want to attend private individual sessions (even if they co-parent with a current or former partner). We can discuss the options during your consultation call.
